The news behind $TCRT +96.19% pre-market comes after a semicolon in another company's leadership announcement. The headline is in the past tense, "Acquired." It gives no price, no structure and no share count.

That matters for a company valued at about $2M with a 3M-share float. If Alaunos paid in new stock, existing holders get diluted. If it paid in cash, the company's cash goes down. The headline does not say which.
