Nexalin Technology's headline runs 26 words, and the most honest one is "Toward."
$NXL is +54.21% before the bell on a "Definitive Exclusive Distribution and Local Manufacturing Agreement for Brazil and South America." The same headline calls that agreement a step in the company's "Transition Toward Commercial Revenue Generation."
Read it as written. A distributor got the right to sell, and a local plant got the right to build. Neither of those is a sale. The company is valued at about $4M, and its own title says commercial revenue is still the destination.
Nexalin's own record: across 12 prior sessions that opened with a gap-up of 5% or more, the stock closed below the open 75% of the time. The median open-to-close was -4.31%. Twelve sessions is a small file, and it describes those sessions, not this one.
The headline leaves out three things: a minimum purchase commitment, a dollar figure, and a first-shipment date.
#VEEA also has a contract and no invoice this morning: "TROLLEE Agreement for Phased Deployment of VeeaONE to 1,000 Unattended Stores." At least Veea counts something. "Phased" tells you 1,000 is where the rollout ends, not where it stands today.
