The OLB Group put two actions in one headline and listed the less important one first. It launched a share buyback. It also suspended its ATM program, the at-the-market facility a company uses to sell new shares straight into the tape.
$OLB is +141.76% at lunch. On a $5M company with a 19M-share float, the second action carries the weight. The seller that had been supplying shares has stepped back. The headline gives no buyback size, though, and "suspended" means paused, not terminated. The same company can switch it back on.
OLB's own record on prior days that opened up 5% or more covers 14 sessions. 43% closed above the open and 50% closed below it.
The median of those 14 was -3.71%. The mean was +4.60%. When two numbers from the same 14 sessions point in opposite directions, a few outsized days are doing most of the talking.
