The most recent press release Ohmyhome has in this feed invites you to a webinar about its Q3 2024 growth update. That is 747 days old. Today $OMH is +105.48% at midday, a Singapore property-technology platform, brokerage and renovation and condo management, with a $6 million market cap and a two-million-share float, and no document of any kind to go with the move.
A stock with that float does not need information to double; it needs roughly one buyer who does not check the ask. The price moved. Nothing anyone can read moved with it, and that distinction is the only one worth holding at midday: price discovery happened, disclosure did not. The 2024 offering in the same background, $4.8 million and upsized, is the last time the company sold the public anything with a date on it.
Ohmyhome's own gap record: ten prior sessions opened at least 5% above the previous close, two of those ten closed above that open, and the median finished 6.26% under it. Ten is a small drawer to count from, and it is also the entire drawer.
Log off and eat lunch. The webinar replay has been available since 2024.
